How can I view my history?

After opening the WebMynd playback by clicking on the WebMynd icon in Firefox, you can view your web history either as a film reel or in a grid. You can select these modes by clicking the links in the top left of the playback mode.

How do I use Reel mode?

In the Reel mode you can fling the images from left to right or right to left by clicking and dragging the images.

The number in the top right of each image shows how many pages from that website WebMynd has saved. Each image represents a 'Stack' of pages. You can see how many stacks you have in the top right of the screen. You can also click the icon there to refresh the view. That's useful if you leave your WebMynd history open but then navigate to other pages in different Tabs.

Double-click on the image to see all those pages, and then double-click on an individual page thumbnail to go to that page. You can also click the 'My Snapshot' link to see the full saved page complete with all its links and images - this will open in a new tab.

When you are looking at a single page saved in WebMynd, you can also click the link to go to the live version on the internet.

How do I use Grid mode?

Run your mouse over the small thumbnails to see a bigger thumbnail. You can then choose to delete the page from WebMynd or to see full saved page complete with all its links and images - this will open in a new tab.

The thumbnails are ordered from left to right and top to bottom by the time when they were recorded. If you want to see earlier thumbnails then click the down arrow at the bottom of the screen. To return to more recent thumbnails select the up arrow which appears at the top.

How do I delete or undelete a page?

Click the recycle bin icon in Reel mode to delete a page or a whole site from WebMynd.

How can I find a particular page?

Use the search box to perform a full-text search on your entire web history. It's like Google but more relevant to you! Just enter the search term and press Enter.
