How do I get a WebMynd Thumblog?

Go to the WebMynd Thumblog signup page. Alternatively make sure you have the latest version of the , and click on the 'Publish' link in the dropdown menu beneath the star icon.

You will be able to select the name for your Thumblog, check that it is unique and then click to complete the signup. It really is as simple as that!

How do I publish a page from Firefox?

Make sure you have the latest version of the WebMynd Firefox extenstion installed, and click on the 'Publish' link in the dropdown menu beneath the star icon. If you have not already signed-up for a WebMynd Thumblog you will be taken to a signup page. Otherwise you can choose a title and comment for the post from the Publish window. You can also choose whether or not the thumbnail appears in the OpenMynd

How do I publish a page from WebMynd?

You can publish pages to you Thumblog from within a stack of pages in WebMynd. You can get there by double-clicking on the thumbnail icon when you are browsing back through pages. The stack of pages will open up, you can then find a page that you wish to publish and then click the Publish icon - the heart.

You can then enter a Title, Comments using Markdown notation, and choose whether to also publish the page to the OpenMynd.

How can I share my WebMynd Thumblog with others?

When you are looking at your WebMynd Thumblog copy the URL in the browser and send it to your friends by email or instant message. You can also share a particular post by clicking on the 'Permalink' link and then copying the URL.

How can I edit my posts and link to other pages?

You can edit the title for your Thumblog, and the titles and comments associated with each post by clicking on the Edit icon when viewing your Thumblog. You can include links to other sites in your Thumblog using Markdown notation.

The menu options allow you to alter the layout and appearance of your thumblog:

You can delete a post by selecting the Delete link when viewing your Thumblog. You will be prompted to confirm the delete. Once the post is deleted, it will no longer appear in the OpenMynd and the permalink to that post will no longer work.
